Contract Cleaning
ACS’commitment to quality means that we provide you with the cleaning services that you demand in order to maintain your premises in the way that you require.
Window Cleaning
ACS is accredited with the Institute for Work at Height and have certified/qualified abseiling staff for all high access jobs. Certificate available on request.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
ACS has a compliment of well-trained and very experienced Carpet and Upholstery cleaners. We also only use Industrial Cleaning machines in conjunction with Prochem chemicals.
Pre and Post Occupation Cleaning
ACS supplies a team of cleaners to a house, office or industrial warehouse to spring clean the space top to bottom which includes high access roof structures, wiping down of steel members, walls, floors, fixtures and all surfaces. We will include a general clean of all windows, deep clean bathrooms, kitchens, carpets and upholstery ensuring that the our Clients space, whether new, old or left behind, is in an acceptable state to occupy in the future.
Pest Control
ACS provides our Clients with rodent control bait stations and residual spray treatment or gel bait for kitchens, store rooms, restrooms, common areas, refuse area and office space if required.
Event Cleaning
ACS provides our Clients who host events with toilet hire facilities (Trailer of Plastic units), general cleaning and waste management services.
Factory Deep Cleaning
ACS provides Clients who own factory units with safe high access cleaning solutions to ensure that their health and safety standards are maintained which includes steel member cleaning and floor treatments.
High Pressure Cleaning
External areas that haven’t been maintained or old stains that require high pressure washing is in our scope of work.
Floor Treatment
ACS has a skilled and experienced team who can strip and seal floors as per our Clients request ensuring a surface which is easy to maintain.
Flood Damage
Our carpet cleaning technicians are trained to assist Clients with flood damage control and are on call 24 hours a day.
Industrial Cleaning
ACS can provide Clients with state of the art industrial equipment to clean and maintain extreme conditions.
